9/10 Phys. Ed.This Freshman & Sophomore class will provide the students the basic skills and knowledge/rules for each activity. This semester the students will be doing 6 units that are 9 days each. During this spring semester, the students will be involved in badminton, eclipse ball, fitness & swimming, ultimate frisbee, soccer, & tennis.

Lifetime Fitness
This is an elective course that junior or senior students choose for their physical education requirement. Lifetime Fitness will provide the students with the knowledge and skills to improve their fitness levels throughout their lifetime. The course will be doing activities & exercises that are based around the five fitness components. Each week students will be introduced to a new type of exercise.
